Usher – Sins of My Father Review

The song “Sins of My Father” is taken from Usher’s seventh album “Looking 4 Myself”. It was produced by Love and Remi, was written by Salaam Remi, Usher, Terry Lewis and Rico Love, and was released by RCA Records. The song contains Motown, dub, reggae and blues influences.

The song received mixed reviews from the critics. Nathan S. commented that “best influencing song he performed in years , and also I can’t consider any performer of Usher’s level to connect his scam strategies to an missing father , and to achieve that he should get quite a few applause”. Erick Arredondo noted that “he proves a lot more nip in his voice also it in turn create a song which is both enjoyable and somewhat awful”.

After selling 5,813 downloads in South Korea, the song debuted at number 62 on the Gaon International Chart. But, it didn’t peaked any other chart.
