“Burning in the Skies” is recorded by American rock group Linkin Park and taken from their fourth studio album “A Thousand Suns”. It was released on 21 March,rock 2011 by Warner Bros. Records as the third single from the album. It was produced by Mike Shinoda and Rick Rubin, and written by Linkin Park. The music video was released on 22 February, 2011 and directed by Joe Hahn.

Jean Dean Wells from “AOL Radio” said about “Burning in the Skies” that “the song has enough upbeat that it could play on pop radio station”. It peaked at number 41 on the Swiss Singles Chart, at number 26 on the German Airplay Chart, at number 43 on the German Singles Chart and at number 35 on the Austrian Singles Chart.
