Jason Derulo – Marry Me Review
“Marry Me” is a song by an American singer/song-writer “Jason Derulo”, released as the second single in the US market from his upcoming third studio album “Tattoos(2013)”. The song is written by “Jason Desrouleaux”, “Jonas Jeberg”, “Hookman” Marlin Bonds, Andy Marvel while the songs production was handled by Jonas Jeberg.
Jason Derulo proposes to his girlfriend in the gentlemanly “Marry Me”. A mushy piano opens the single, setting a lovesick tone. He looks through his linen drawers and finds another blanket on the top of the shelf. From the hallway, he hears the high-piched “Choo” and he calls out “Bless You!” with a hoarse voice, she responds “Thank You”. He wraps the blanket around her and asks her if she needs anything. She shakes her head no and puts her head on the pillow. Her wet cough reverberates throughout his family room. He does not like the cough she has.
If it keeps up, he’ll take her to the doctor tomorrow. He could see himself taking care of her at 90, helping her walk or feeding her. Taking care of someone is a part of loving them. He wants to feel cold feet under the covers and nudge her with his toes and then see her in the morning, her hair sticking up in odd places.
The vocalist expresses his love for his other half in the song. It is considered as the greatest hit of the singer.
