Lana Del Rey – Young and Beautiful Review

It is understandable that almost each ‘Young and Beautiful’ by Lana Del Rey review is raving about the song. In truth, it is a good one. Lana Del Rey has proven that she can pull off an outstanding track, which is part of the soundtrack of the film ‘Great Gatsby.’

Interestingly, her vocal performance in this song is so satisfying that it can easily be your favorite cut in that album. However, you should not forget that in the same CD are Beyonce, Jay-Z, and Florence + The Machine.

You will be curious if F. Scott Fitzgerald will be happy to have this song as part of the soundtrack. For sure, he will be. The lyrics talk about love, aging, and insecurity.

The execution is full of the singer’s usual dramatics, which makes it packed with self-doubt punch. The natural vocals simply do all the tricks. She sings over what it sounds like stripped down instrumental, which provide listeners a dark and beautiful melody.

The track is simply beautiful. It may not sound young but it has an emotional backdrop to it. The words are filled with soul and the delivery is simply superb.
